We will then contact a manager in your particular area and have them contact you When will I receive my ordered products We try to ship orders out on the day they are received, however this is not always possible due to many differing circumstances. We will however ship orders out at the soonest opportunity after receipt of an order. Our shipping software should email you with tracking as soon as a label is created here at our HQ. If you do not receive shipping confirmation and tracking please contact us, and we will try and find out why the email wasn't sent and also where your order actually is What are your business hours?
