Cancellation by us & refunds

d) Shipping software can often under estimate cost of shipping, if there is a large difference between what the software estimates and actual shipping costs, we will attempt to contact you for additional shipping fees. If our attempts to contact you prove unsuccessful, we will refund the entire amount of your order in a timely manner.

Out of stock items
Out of stock items will automatically be placed on backorder, and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. We will try to contact you using the email supplied to inform you of out of stock items. Please contact us if you prefer a refund rather than wait for new stock to be made/arrive

Shipping prices are based on real time pricing estimates from USPS or UPS, in our experience they are close, but sometimes over/under charge based on the items in your cart. When the shipping charges are less than charged, we will endeavor to refund the difference within a timely manner.
