Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days if possible.
Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Shipping charges are based on the quickest or cheapest way to ship your order, sometimes the shipping software gets it wrong, and we may ship your order a different way to the checkout method. We always try and get the cheapest shipping method for you. If the event that we ship your order with a different method/carrier, please rest assured that we are trying to save you money. We are in the business of selling fishing baits and tackle, not shipping
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). This is an automated system, and sometimes appears in your Junk Email folder, so please check that it is not in there before contacting us about shipment tracking.
The shipping label triggers an automatic response approximately 3 hours after label is created.
The tracking number may be active immediately, but usually always within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Once we have passed on the shipment to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or late deliveries. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BaitPro LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Baitpro LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, the carriers always need some kind of proof of damages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
BaitPro LLC offers a 30 day, 100% satisfactory guarantee from the date of your purchase.
Just return your product in its original packaging to the address on your invoice along with a note with the order number and reason for the return.
When it comes to returning item(s) we do not pay for/reimburse the return shipping cost unless the item(s) are defective or there was a mistake on our end, on your order.
Depending on the item(s) in question we may need the item to be inspected for a defect. In that case please ship the item(s) back to us and if it is found to be faulty we refund you the cost of the return shipping to us.
If you return an item by requesting a return label from us, and the reason for return is not a result of a BaitPro LLC error, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return (Received wrong item or faulty).
Orders that are "Refused" at time of delivery are automatically charged a $20 restocking fee, if they are returned to us, restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any liquids, pop-ups, etc. that have been opened - (Taken out of plastic wraps).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
